Ever since Tops Farm switched from Delivery to Storefront, they have been a stop on my journey to Maine each and every trip. Pricing is very straightforward as well as fair, and the medicine they grow is always Grade A. Today, I was helped by Kelcey, who was an absolute gem and who I will look for on future visits. She clearly had a deep understanding of the products offered and answered every question I threw her way with ease. Oh, and don't forget to grab your complimentary ice cream on the way out! 🥳

I absolutely love this place and their products, this is the top medical dispensary I've found in my travels. I'm not very knowledgeable on certain things and the staff member I had was absolutely amazing explaining things to me and didn't seem to get annoyed at my lack of knowledge. It's clean and inviting and the pricing is very fair for the quality of products. They also do daily discounts during the week, have free ice cream and pacman. Where could you go wrong

I love the flower, concentrates and edibles from Tops Farm. I’ve been a customer since they were delivery only and make sure to stop every time I’m in Maine.

I have been a customer for almost 2 years and have been happy until yesterday. I pre-ordered and head out for the 45 min ride, I received a txt that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived a person I had never dealt with asked my name, she asked if I received her txt saying what I order was not in stock, I didn't get that txt I told her. She was trying to make a substitute to what I ordered which meant me getting less and paying more. I tried to get a better price but she wouldn't have it. So I decided on the ride home that it was my last trip. I have spent way to much there to be overcharged, because she was more concerned with her profit on that one sale than on future sales that are now not going to happen.
As to your reply I didn't demand anything, I ask for the 10% edibles discount. I didn't receive anything saying it was not in stock, I received a txt saying my order was ready for pickup.
I don't appreciate you turning it to me being a problem. I am the customer who is paying you, if your site said it was out of stock I wouldn't have been there. Your business manager needs to learn business 101.
