I have been there twice now. All I can say is very friendly staff. They offer a lot of product at a great price. It's an extra 20 minutes to my drive but well worth it. Try this place you won't be disappointed. Great place.

What I like most about Theory is that they PROVE they value me as a customer by giving me incentives and discounts for coming back. There is great selection when I want to buy bud and pre-rolls. Staff eager to match you with your needs. Just bought some of the gummies and they are head-highs and shoulders above others I've tried ... even compared with their gummies from a few years ago. Only complaint would be the digital or paper menus which lack descriptions, so you really have to pre-shop on the computer or take staff recommendations. I always walk away feeling like I got good value for my $$. Have visited both the Kittery Outlet and the SoPo store. Thanks, Theory!

Amazing place with amazing, always helpful staff, I've been here from Texas since May and this place has always been my go to and will always be the first dispensary in Maine I'll go to next time I'm on vacation! Great prices and great selection!
