Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to get basic information and the employee just hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak to manager. They told me manager just left and I spoke with Nicole who is supposedly the shift leader. Nicole accused me of having an attitude and said I couldn't come to store if I have an attitude when I told her about my experience. She refused to give the employees name. I wouldn't be surprised Nicole isn't her real name. I called around 5:20 pm on April 3rd, 2025.

I been coming here since you guys open and it’s the best place I been people are really nice and respectful and very patient and always tried there best to give there best customer service. I appreciate the job you guys do .

Ayr is my favorite smoke stop for super deals! I’ve been a customer since it was legalized. The staff is always friendly to me and my dog-they always have biscuits!! They are prompt and efficient, with a wide array of options. My only complaint is that their rewards program is not working properly for me. I’ve tried to have it resolved a number of times, but months later it’s still a problem.

Ayr dispensary had all the items I was looking for and more! From the security to the person who helped me with my purchase were all very helpful and kind! I will definitely be returning soon!

People that worked there were rude and spoke to me in a condescending way and seemed to go out of their way to make things difficult.. maybe it was a slow day. As a med patient with anxiety, I don't feel welcome there. If you're gonna spend so much on weed, you might as well buy from people that care.. the weed brands they sell are good but not anything special
