Horrible customer service. Website was down so I called in and asked for which sativas they had on the menu. Very dismissive and didn’t want to help at all. Told me to just come in and the phone is too far from their menu screen. And this was coming from Lexi the manager! I explained I live an hour away but have been a loyal customer and still didn’t want to help.
I wish I had that problem in my business. People asking for more info about my products so they can give me their money but I’m too busy to want their money…
Long time customer now taking my business elsewhere. Hope upper management reads this and trains their employees on how to retain customers by providing great service.

I don't love their bags. They are different, but also hard to open. The selection is good, first time I've liked the indica section better than the sativa. My favorite is London mints 11. Went back for more!

Sanctuary is the first dispensary I visited in Massachusetts. The budtender was awesome, the live resin cart I grabbed is excellent. Thanks yall!

Wow, pre-ordering a quarter ounce today on their website to find that there online pricing is not up to date. Attached photo here as proof. Bud attendant said my order was ringing $55 before tax not $45 (as advertised) so I was forced to get the 1/8. This is not the first time I’ve arrived and there has been difference in pricing or THC count is completely off from what is advertised. Just be forewarned!

There’s an artful facade with an illuminated showroom, well stocked, in a great location.
From Greeters to Bud Tenders ,the staff are friendly and product savvy. The daily specials are a welcome breeze !
