Sooo disappointed in the direction this place is going. I've been going here over a year consistently. The last few months it's been different. The staff just seems unhappy and way less friendly. I've noticed the price of their brand of concentrate go up from $70 to $85 an eighth in less than two months. East Coast across the street has 3g for $55. What gives guys??? You're going to lose customers fast if you keep this up.

My wife and I started purchasing here when they first opened because we liked how it was a small store and the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were a bit higher than average but we did not mind. So on it went once or twice per month with no issues.
Everything was great until a few months ago. The attitudes of the employees started to change. Our last few visits, whether it was my wife or I as we rarely go together were terrible.
They were just plain rude. They were not helpful. They acted annoyed I was there. I have never complained about anything and always go in with a big smile on my face.
The first couple of times I chalked up to someone just having a bad day. I get that.
After a couple more visits it did not improve. Actually somehow their attitudes became worse. I hope the owner can get them under control and back down to earth because if not they will not be in business long with the intense competition.
I hope they do not treat all of the numerous people I have referred there the same.
I know I will never be back and will never refer anyone else either.
I live in the center of town and there are stores closer anyway.

This used to be my go to place. The staff were fun and friendly. The managers were great. Now I will go elsewhere. For 2 reasons. Ashley makes every visit anxiety filled and unpleasant. She's not kind. She's rude. Also, people spend a lot of money to be told your points can only be used on certain things. Curious as to why? I mean, we've spent that money so we should be able to use our points if we want. You're the only dispensary that does that. When I asked Ashley why I got a rude response, I still don't know why we can't. There's a ton of these around, I'll go elsewhere.

What happened to this place? The employees here used to be so inviting, happy to see you upon walking in. Last 2 visits I Have not even been greeted. I drive From over an hour and a half away to come to this location every other week. My Orders are usually on the larger side 5-600$ per visit Because of my distance away. After my last visit, which was less than ideal, customer service wise, one of the four 2 gram disposables would Flat out, not Work. I brought this unit (brand new unfunctional) back two weeks later as that’s my cycle of going here only to be told they can do nothing for me because it has been over one week since purchase. “ They are not my rules” Were the exact words. I was told “ You should open and try all of them in the parking lot before leaving to ensure that all devices work” Even with intent to purchase 4 more the same day and continue To spend money at your establishment, nothing was offered in the form of any relief. A discount, a swap, even a genuine apology or understanding. As a manager in a field based solely on customer service, it is crazy to me to see a business act this way with 3 to 4 other dispensaries within a mile of its location.

Always a great place, pricing and customer service is always A+ absolutely no bad vibes with them, a continuing customer. Still going strong.
