Wait at medical side much too long. After 11 minutes of waiting because the person with the only employee didn’t know what he wanted. I was just there to pick up an order. I finally said out loud. Can somebody else help us at medical please? Nick finally came over. It was a pain in the backside. He forgot to add my points. I had $20 off. They were very disorganized. The place was chaotic.
