Did absolutely nothing for me other than cost me 15$ in gas and the weed they gave me was harvested 9 months prior. A prime example of how this industry stopped caring about you a long time ago. 0 stars. I’ve steered dozens away from this dump and will continue
This was only my second experience using a dispensary as a patient and I left feeling really upset and discouraged. Though the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the medicine I purchased was extremely disappointing. It doesn’t look like it was trimmed when it was take down and the description just doesn’t match the product in the slightest 😔 I rarely purchase this amount for myself as I prefer small batches, the description sounded too good to miss out and I just feel really disappointed after leaving.

Recently, I encountered an issue with the trimming on my order, and after leaving a review, I was blown away by their response. Within just a few business days, the assistant district manager (whose name I regret forgetting because she was absolutely wonderful) personally reached out to me.
Not only did she take the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, but she also identified the exact batch the issue stemmed from to ensure no other customers were affected. The level of accountability, transparency, and care she demonstrated was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another transaction.
Mission’s customer service and conflict resolution are nothing short of exceptional. Their team genuinely cares about their patrons and is committed to delivering the best possible experience. If you ever have an issue with a product, don’t hesitate to reach out—they will make it right. I cannot recommend Mission highly enough!

Mission is the place to go, better prices, and when u pull in u get hit with nostalgic aroma...John, I hope I'm talking about the right guy, we talked about products and he engaged me in conversation even though the store was busy and I'm sure he and the other workers have plenty of other tasks to work on. Make u feel right at home. I'm adding to my review. Jasmine was so kind and helpful yesterday. Even with a line, she took the time to come out and check the display cases for me. Finding what I was looking for. Thank you so much. I'd b there every day if I could be. And a quick shout out to Chaz, he is the man. Always greets me with a smile n even knows my name. That's just 3, everyone I have dealt with at mission has been happy, and it just makes the whole experience that much better. Your staff is impeccable, the most kindness you'll find. I can now say Nick is also super patient and just another face I'm glad to see here at Mission.

I am not a local just someone who came up for a bit on vacation.
Mission Georgetown is by far the best dispensary within 50 miles. From the staff to the actual product!!! Also the pricing is the best.
If I ever come back to the area I will be a repeat customer over and over.
