Long time customer here, they all know me for my impeccable quickness and ESP. Every time I go in there they are like mad scientists and feed right into my love to get BUNG! I LOVE THESE GUYS AND GIRLS! They make this place wicked comfy for customers and they like to talk to you so they understand your needs. Now only 3 things I have mentioned, 1 is ATMS need to go find a way around the Federal system so customers stop losing 3-5 dollars each time they come in. There's all kinds of apps for businesses like yours to cut out middle man spending. 2 hookah lounge, these people are so nice why not push to keep customers spending. 3 is Hollis sucks and you can't open earlier. Other then that it's my favorite dispensary.

I have been coming to this location since I moved here about a year ago. Every single one of the employees are beyond excellent! Holly and Rachel are always super friendly and know exactly what I want and are there to answer any questions! Yaz always has a smile on his face and always has great advice on something new to try. Brian and Adam are also super friendly and always point me in the right direction. Everyone here knows me by name and is extremely welcoming. They are all extremely informative and knowledgeable. Working in management the last few years has brought a lot of stuff to my attention and customer service, no matter how hard sometimes, is the most important and every single one of them have it down. Honestly at this point, I come here for them, more than the product.

Falsely advertising 10% off storewide. Went to buy an ounce and was told it does not apply to that particular product. I asked why and got a major attitude. Ask them to address it with the owners that they were falsely advertising and he just shrugged his shoulders. Took my money back and walked out.
UPDATE: received a quick response from one of the partners to resolve the issue. They stated I was correct to question the total as the menu lacked a disclaimer, excluding it from the deal. I was offered some loyalty points for the inconvenience. That’s customer service!

Awesome place. Knowledgeable about products and reassuring for those Newbies. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Easy points system to rake up. Prices are good. Updated information on the daily!! Would recommend to any&all who dabble in the devil's lettuce and other goodies 😉
