I had an issue w my vape purchases. They were very understanding and "fixed it" exactly how I recommended it. I don't know his name, he was a manager. He was incredible.

Insa management it’s an awesome vibe when the music is playing. Don’t let one troll ruin the experience by complaining the music is “too loud” there’s no such thing. :)

Flower is dry and not acceptable to any person who enjoys smoking. Prices are high and quality is not good much better places around. Also all reviews are bought and paid for by insa… free pre rolls for a positive review.. quite shameful.. two thumbs down!!

I was in town visiting from Los Angeles, and stopped by here to get my herbal fix. Every single person was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. While they don’t carry Stiiizy products, they made sure to find me something equally great to meet my needs. I highly (lol) recommend them!
