I love harbor house collective. Kevin and the squad that work's in there do a fabulous job. Always so very helpful if I have any questions, very attentive to what I like and are more than helpful. It's definitely always a good experience when I stroll into the house. One of my favorite houses if you know what I mean. 🫠

So I went there on Wednesday and picked up my order and was offered a lighter and I’m like no thanks the employee says they’re free I say okay why? The employee says we don’t flex with the company anymore so we’re getting rid of their product I say okay and go about my business that night I use it and put it down the flame was still lit and burned thru my comforters then my friend was like why is it hissing and releasing a smell I say I’ll deal with them when I go back I go back today to pick up and I speak to an employee in a whisper voice I say listen those lighters y’all are handing out stay lit and burned through my cover so y’all need to get rid of them he instantly gets defensive states he’s gonna have to check he’s never heard this before I look at him and say I don’t care who you have test what I just told you my experience he then proceeds to ask if he’s the one who offered it to me and I said no actually he then says the cereal In my bag is his favorite I say it’s for my son milk and cereal at 40 doesn’t go well with my stretch marks he states how he likes stretch marks if they’re not excessive I say oh that’s cute so I guess the compliment should outweigh the lack of accountability as well as low-key disrespect this has me contemplating quitting I’m a stand up person and don’t really expect anything less of people I do business with period if the other employee had stated the lighters were faulty I would have said never mind and kept it moving but today let me know spending as much as I have with this establishment is unappreciated oh the lighter is black and has the word “Lifted” on it in cursive!! Heads up!!!

Great first time experience ! Amazing customer service from Keven. He was very knowledgeable and patient! I will definitely coming back for more great deals and amazing service! Would highly recommend!

First time coming here and it was because my normal place was closed for company outing. Did some googling, found this place and loved it. Love the prices, love the atmosphere And Kevin was the man! He was a huge help. The manager that had the tie-dye shirt on, I love you, will you marry me?
