Stopped by for my first time the other day and I was highly impressed with the quality of both product and service. I very much appreciated the McDonalds style menu system as it was a nice change from those obnoxious restaurant style menus you see in so many establishments. Be back shorty.....

I just wanted to thank the owner and his colleague who were present the day I came in while driving by because I saw a sign that was talking about $9 pre rolls… I did not have quite enough and the owner graciously made it so I could still make a purchase and be medicated. What a babe! Thank you!

First time buyer at a Portland Maine dispensary. The man behind the counter was extremely extremely patient for I am very Indecisive. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sold, and was very nice. He also gave me his best Suggestions on what he believed was the best product I had purchased. I would definitely return/ Suggest to a friend. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I give it three out of three thumbs up lol

I am finding the exterior and interior plastic packaging for their "pre-rolled joint" on the streets and elsewhere--my housemate's trash. Not one inch of this packaging is recyclable. You'd think a company that sold a "natural" product would care, but when I spoke to the fellow at the shop, he just said, "That's too bad," and then hung up on me. Wow. Next day: Dear Owner, Thanks for your response. I guess the fellow who answered the phone wasn't the same caliber person as you. I got online this morning looking for a 100% tinfoil pouch, as tinfoil is 100% recyclable. Check out Anacotte packaging. Have a nice day.

I always have a good experience at grassroots! Knowledgeable staff, and haven't been disappointed in the recommendation of product. Never pressured to lean towards a certain item.
