I do not recommend. Misleading sales. Offering 20% off but they don't tell you that there's a price point for that. On top of that selling older Bud at higher prices than most places around them. Came in hping to grab a good deal, and walked away spending way more than I have spent anywhere else in a long time.

The bearded hipster at the counter was less than helpful. How hard is it to put on a smile and act helpful when you work at a weed store? Next time I will drive further away for better service. The web site seems funky on Android. Product was good, too bad the service was sub par.

I hate to be a person to leave a review, but this place is a total mess. I just called in nicely, asked about the price of a product and of course it was labeled incorrectly. On the website, which has happened at least three times in the past; One time being where I drove to lowell for blue River specifically and they didn’t even have it? But somehow they always make you feel like you made the mistake? As other people mentioned, I don’t think it is very difficult to be decent and simply just give out the right information in the nicest way that you can and apologize for any inconvenience. That’s all. I highly suggest pun intended that these employees begin to consume some of their own medicine. If not, I don’t see this place sticking around too much longer as I see that most people seem to feel the same way about the way they are treated. Everyone should just be decent to one another anyway never mind the fact that you have mass amount of cannabis to ingest!☮️💚 I don’t hope that they fail, but it would be nice to see some decent reviews or maybe even go as far as hiring people like myself that would be more than happy to answer anyone’s questions no matter how stupid they may think it may be you shouldn’t feel ashamed to ask any questions about your health!

I spent my last dollar here today, after being a customer for years. The service here is terrible and has been for quite some time. I don’t need over the top friendliness but it’s a bit annoying picking up a pre-order (not sure how it could be easier for the employee) and being met with condescending silence and eye-rolling through the whole transaction. Employee barely even checked my ID at the register, I had to repeat my name twice. This isn’t just a one-off -80% of my visits here leave me disappointed. This isn’t the only game in town anymore. My business is going elsewhere.

Wtf, is it to difficult to post that you are not open today (12/1/24)? My order was placed with no warningIthat I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I had to drive a half hr to get here. Sticking a piece of paper to a door is a difficult task for you all. I'm not even pissed that I can't pick anything up. I'm pissed because I drove here.
