5 stars for the staff and selection. The folks here are friendly, knowledgeable and chill. They always help make sure I'm getting the best deals, help when I have questions and overall just great to do business with.
2 stars on employee support.
Not so great is Ethos needs to provide better accommodations for their workers. For a company, that in their own words is "cash-flow positive", they should be outfitting their stores better. Come on, y'all are making millions...buy the front desk some new chairs, decorate the space, and make sure you are paying your people a livable wage. But for real...buy new chairs.

Update: your website is broken. It takes 20 minutes to order two items because it freezes and the cart doesn’t update an appropriately. The prices are not correct in the cart and your specials and promo items are always very confusing.
Currently (Jan 31, 2025) when I try to view the site, it is opposite/negative and very difficult to read. (see photo). Remember how competitive this industry is when you don’t address issues that are barriers for your patients.
The staff continues to be amazing, but your app is a huge deterrent.
Ethos has been my dispensary of choice since they opened at the old location years ago. The staff is always friendly and informative, specials are excellent, and up until today, their rewards system kept me loyal. I ordered with the expectation that I had a $50 rewards coupon as a medical patient who spends HUNDREDS of dollars at Ethos each month, but they “updated” their points system and I was only allowed $10. Sorry, Ethos, I will be shopping for the best deals with your competitors now because there are more convenient locations that also have specials on specific days each week, and many of them will even deliver!

The staff here are a stand out feature of the experience. Friendly and knowledgeable. Ample parking makes this an easy destination to visit if you’re driving, and bus service is nearby. The selection is broad and many brands are represented.
The degradation of the loyalty system as a medical patient over the last several years has been a major disappointment. The latest iteration is particularly bad, essentially cutting the value of points in half and drastically raising the thresholds in which you can use them. Business must be doing well and growing quickly enough that it’s resulted in the sharp decline the loyalty program has seen.
Great place to stop in especially if recreational. If you’re a medical patient, your dollar may go farther elsewhere.

Ethos is one of my favorite places for medical and recreational needs! 🌿 The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. 😊 They let you know when you have points available and even allow you to stack deals, which is fantastic! 🎉 They consistently offer amazing promotions.
