I used to like the place. My last 2 experiences here were anything but pleasant. This last time I tried to inform the gentleman that the specials on the website don't reflect that in the checkout price. But the cashier didn't have a care in the world. It was pretty much just give me the money and get out... Try to be nice and tell them the reason why people don't come there because the price doesn't show the special in the cart but guess I'll just shop somewhere else no problem.
Update: Spoke with management after they reached out to me. They explained and rectified any issue that arose on my visits. After speaking with Scott I am certain those issues will not happen again. He really made it feel like the store I knew and loved before. Thank you again for all the help

I love CNA, I frequent both Haverhill and Amesbury. I am always greeted by the friendliest, nicest, most helpful staff. I use many of their products including salves for pain. Wonderful

Military owned and other fellow vets are encouraged to come here. I have an array of medical conditions and I wholeheartedly swear by indica. Controls the anxiety and depression without the nasty side effects of traditional medications. This place is very clean and professional. Met the owners nephew, he’s very friendly and professional. I love how welcoming everyone was when I walked in and even more appreciative of the love I was shown once they seen my ID. Thanks again. Shame on me for forgetting my budtenders name but he’s another fellow vet, recommended me what I walked out with and am grateful. Happy customer here and guarantee who ever is reading this will feel the same after their visit here. Thanks 🙏🏾

I am nervous going to dispensaries, as I grew up buying my cannabis from some shady ass people. I have had HORRIBLE 1st time experiences at more than one dispensary, but the coffee and my outfit were working, so my sense of adventure was high.
Everyone in this store was amazingly accommodating and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel like I was bothering anyone. I wish I had noticed the name tag on my sales dude, because he went out of his way to fulfill my requests and educate me in the process. Plus I got a sticker. Highly recommend, will definitely return

Cartridge I got from here (not cheap,$50!) was full and completely leaked out of the bottom 2 days after getting it, didn’t even get to get more than 2 hits out of it. & all the wax that spilled out ruined my battery so had to spend more money on a new one of those too. Seems to be a problem with the packaging of the carts being poor compared to other dispensaries in mass. Don’t usually write reviews but this isn’t my first problems with carts from here & I’ve never had problems like these with any other dispensaries in mass.
