When I walked in I was greeted immediately! The person that helped me was very informative and knew exactly what I wanted. Her name was Rosalyn or Rose 😁The people are great and they have very good quality stuff! Highly recommend!

I usually have no problem with the flower that comes from here. Done good , some bad. But this last batch I bought of Ice Cream Runts. Was loaded with seeds. And they were small so usually didn’t see them till your burning it. Last one I rolled I pulled out 4 and still got a seed in it. So not impressed.

I took a gram of dabs back in to see if I could exchange because I truly felt something could’ve been wrong with them or I was given something I didn’t ask for. I was told they can’t exchange it based on “personal taste” and that maybe I was “smoking it wrong”. I’ve smoked all different kinds of dabs and flower for years and have never experienced anything close to this level of spiciness and I had my boyfriend try it to make sure I wasn’t crazy. The dabs I had purchased, as described on the display card by cannabis haven, was supposed to be “fruity and blissful” snd a few other words that were NOT “spicy” or even “peppery”. If they had accurately described it on the display card, I never would’ve purchased this. I’ve been a loyal customer for several months now and their customer service or lack there-of was a big slap in the face. I told them they can keep their gross dabs and left. I won’t be returning. I’ve also always felt they short their bags and jars.

I got helped by Courtney this morning. She had a great attitude. Super friendly first thing on a Saturday morning which was greatly appreciated. As always they're knowledgeable. They got everything you could want and then some. And not only do they have what you want but their employees know everything that they have and prices and effects at least Courtney did 😉👍
Michaela helped me today. She helped me find some things to replace what I wanted but that they didn't have in stock. As well as showing me some ridiculously good pineapple Express that's only $15 a quarter. As far as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, you really can't beat this place .I was helped by Rosalyn this morning. And while I was not super happy that I had to drive down here from Augusta, they did at least have product in stock. And because the store is set up differently, Roslyn was very good about showing me where the things were that I was looking for as well as giving me some recommendations for things to use in place of a product that wasn't in stock.
