My wife and I were in the area and decided to stop by and I'm so glad that we did.. We were immediately greeted and welcomed warmly by the beautiful and friendly Mo... She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.!

So this was my first time and Last Time ever in life will I go there. Why do people sell the garage weed people sell on the street . That's what this weed reminds me of. I'm sorry I'm a very nice person but damn we spending good money and what we get in return not good weed . I've never heard my weed break up before . I could hear the weed breaking up .crazy right. Which means it's dry.
Really dry. It's sad really not being able to enjoy the weed you buy 2 packs out of 3.

This store has a serious lack of standards. Incorrect pricing on the website and on the in-store screen, faulty product and no parking either. Not just difficult, but a sketchy location as well with a group of drunks almost always hanging out nearby. Rude scrawny tatted up manager was the icing. Been going to another place in East Boston named boutique. Plenty of parking and they're cheaper and their prices are always correct and people there are very nice.

I wanted to buy d sailor the potency said 30% on the site. I get home and it’s only 24% on the package. These guys are lying on this sites and packaging. the dispensaries not in a very good neighborhood because there’s drugs and gangs all around it. It’s a very sketchy neighborhood. Prices are outrageous and bad customer service. Latin gangs make that place look bad. Never going in that area again.i might get my weed snatched. Close it down
