Every time I go in… staff is super friendly… very convenient online ordering system… good product... Have decided to make this my go to dispensary now that I moved here... Looking forward to visiting then often!
Not such a horrible place as I seen in other reviews below. I've came here about 5x in the past 6 months. I honestly don't have anything horrible to say. Customer service is decent. Quick service not that much wait time. Employees are well informed with the products as well as laws and they're nice enough to fill you in without being asked. Fair deals.
Hit or miss. Sometimes I get good for $25 sometimes they charge $40+ for the same thing because it's "their brand" they've been kind of hit or miss on what time they are open. Sometimes they close on time at 9P other times they close at 8P (UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE MAPS INFO) Staff are usually friendly and the product is usually pretty good otherwise. To be honest? Just go to Diem and save yourself the headache.
By far the worst dispensary I've gone to in Massachusetts as a medical cannabis patient I could go on about how the quality of their flower is terrible compared to anybody in a close radius but that's not my biggest dislike about this company not only on one occasion but the last 2 to 3 times as soon as I arrive I am approached by store staff but not as I enter the building it is as I'm in my car parking gathering my cash and belongings to walk in and then from there I'm usually followed in by the security guard from the parking lot (and out of all of the dispensaries I've been to in Massachusetts I have never been greeted at my vehicle asking to roll my window down) entering the dispensary I make my purchases and I return to my vehicle to then be watched with some sort of prejudice as if I am instantly going to do something wrong this is not only happened on today's occasion April 27th but the first time I came here on April 4th I have genuinely received more respect and less judgment in the hood stick to the ZAZA it's far better and you don't have to deal with employed Karen's
I've been here about 3-4 times over the course of a few months. I like that it has medical, as I have my medical card. The female workers I've encountered were welcoming and kind. I placed an online order on a Saturday night after hours.... apparently they closed that Sunday, which I would assume was due to shortness of staff?!? It would have been nice if they posted a message online that the place was closed, as it is not just recreational. I got my text on Monday that my order was being prepared, then another text that it was all ready for pickup. I parked in the parking lot at the spot on the side of the building....no signs posted on the side of the building or on the concrete where the spot is. It was torrential downpour and I was a soaked rat by the time I entered the front door. Instead of being greeted, the guy at the front checking ID's said I can't park there as it's for delivery trucks only. I told him I was here for an online pickup....he insisted that I park in another spot. Ok, so I did. Proceed to get soaked even more. Oh well. I then go to the side for Medical, show them both ID's...and my order isn't even prepared! I had to wait while he took his time fulfilling the order. It was a very strange and awkward interaction to say the least. I wrote in the comment box of my online order that I will be using my last new patient discount (2 $50 off purchase of $100 or more) (Other medical dispensaries offer 4 of the new patient discounts for medical patients) My order came to $110 before discount. He rings up my purchase and tells me the total is $99. I say... isn't the total $110?!? He goes...yeah Monday is 10% off entire purchase. I ask, don't I have 1 new patient discount available? He goes....You wanted to use that?!? What!?! Why would I want to save $11 as opposed to $50?!! The overall experience was bizarre from beginning to end. I wish it was a better experience, as they are close to my house, they have a lot of variety and weekly specials.
